I just read a review for a few single-origin chocolate bars in the WSJ. The reviewer covered Burdick Chocolate, Rogue Chocolatier, Theo and Nirvana. I have enjoyed all but the Burdick. The review he gave Rogue made me stop in my tracks. I have had many friends and family taste both bars from Rogue –> the Hispaniola and Sambirano — and all have favored the former by far. This is not to say the Sambriano is not delicious as well, but the Hispaniola really delivers a different and exciting taste experience.
